Although the COVID-19 pandemic has forced the cancellation of a large number of events, at BorderSens we keep working in presenting the results of the project in as many forums as possible.
- The 71st Annual Meeting of the International Society of Electrochemistry (ISE) (https://annual71.ise-online.org/) will be held online between 31st August and 4th September. BorderSens will participate in the poster session with two contributions submitted by UMF and UA entitled “Electrochemical fingerprints of cocaine and cathinones on nanomaterials” and “Electrochemical fingerprinting of cathinones and adulterants for their sensitive detection in street samples”.
- After the KO meeting held in September 2019, the next project meeting will take place in September 2020. In principle, it will be a live event, taking place in Brussels. If the World Health Organization and national governments recommend it, a remote meeting will be held instead, and the discussions and demonstrations will be followed through live-streaming.
