2. This web page, www.bordersens.eu, (hereinafter the “Web”) is owned by IZERTIS, who is part of the BorderSens consortium. In case of the user is domiciled outside Spain, IZERTIS and the User submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain).
